Dansk Idrætsforbund ‘Startblokken’
Client need
Startblokken, an initiative by the National Sports Federation of Denmark (Dansk Idrætsforbund, DIF), brings together municipalities, sports clubs, and local partners to help young people who are far from the labour market find their way into jobs, education, and stronger communities.
At a national theme day for municipalities, the team wanted a visual summary of the day that could capture insights, experiences, and concrete approaches, and be shared afterwards as a practical tool. Something participants could bring home and use to continue the conversations with colleagues and partners.
Solution
Throughout the day, I created a live graphic recording, turning presentations, group discussions, and real-life examples into one coherent visual story.
At the end of the event, I walked the participants through the finished drawing from the stage, revisiting the key themes and connecting the dots across sessions. The visual helped everyone see both the big picture and the small, actionable ideas that had emerged during the day.
The final graphic was shared digitally so each municipality could reuse it as a common reference point in their ongoing collaboration.
Results
Participants left with a shared picture instead of scattered notes. A simple, visual way to remember what matters, explain it to others, and keep the momentum going across teams and partnerships.
The graphic recording became both documentation and dialogue tool, supporting continued cross-sector collaboration around creating better pathways for young people into work and community.
