Client need
A big pharma company arranged a key annual seminar bringing together 130 participants from 10 countries to share insights, align on strategic priorities, and strengthen collaboration. The client wanted a visual summary that captured the essence of discussions throughout the two-day event and could serve as a lasting reminder of the seminar’s key themes.
Solution
I created a live graphic recording over the course of the two days, distilling discussions, insights, and strategic focus areas into two clear and engaging visual overviews. At the end of the seminar, I presented the final graphic in a 10-minute session on stage, using it to highlight the main takeaways from everything that had been shared and discussed.
Results
Participants gained a shared visual overview that encouraged reflection and conversation. The live presentation of the graphic made the seminar’s key messages tangible and memorable, leaving a lasting impression and a tool to continue the dialogue beyond the event.
